 This special symbol awarded to Gujarat Police will appear on the left hand sleeve of the Unicorm of all officers and jawans of Gujarat Police.  Gujarat Police was awarded a special flag with the seal of the President.  Apart from that, like the national anthem, Gujarat Police has got the approval of an anthem.  This enchantment for Gujarat Police has been prepared by Shankar Mahadevan.  Which will provide vigor to the police personnel during the police march.  * Police Memorial Day: - Every year 21st October is celebrated as 'Police Memorial Day'.  On this day, tributes are paid to the police personnel who were martyred for the internal security of the country.  Police personnel from all the states of the country are on duty to keep the internal security of the country strong.

Police are martyred in different incidents as part of duty or clash with notorious criminals, terrorists, Naxalites.  CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) personnel are known for their bravery in celebrating this day. On October 21, 1959, a contingent of CRPF personnel was deployed in Ladakh to protect the Indo-Tibetan border.  Suddenly, the Chinese troops attacked and the soldiers on duty there confronted them.  Shri Hawa Career Academy - Bhavnagar in which 10 people were killed defending the motherland.  'Police Memorial Day' is celebrated by the Central Police Department and all the state police departments in memory of his sacrifice.  h IndianPill Code –180
