POLICE CONSTABLE - KAYADO BOOK 2021

Background of Police Department Indian Police Act - 1861

→ This Act was enacted by the British after the War of Independence of 1857, with the main objective of creating a police force to suppress rebellions against the government.  The Act was enacted in 1861.

→ Currently many states have passed their own Police Act, but all these Acts are also based on the Act of 1861.  HISTORY OF KHAKI:

Friends, khaki uniforms perform their duty with integrity and perseverance, regardless of the weather conditions, whether it is cold, sunny or rainy.  Also, we have read or heard from time to time that we may have heard many titles like "I don't get free, I don't know khaki, I don't know how many dreams come true".  Friends, this khaki also has a history of its own.   The credit for officially bringing khaki uniforms into circulation goes to Sahari Burnett.  (In 1847)  The word khak means dust / ash.  This means that those who wear khaki uniforms are ready to meet in the ashes for national service without worrying about themselves or their family.

→ Normally a khaki dress wearer has to perform his duty only in awkward situations.  This color was chosen so that it would not fade quickly.  When the British ruled India, the police wore white uniforms.  But as the uniform quickly became 30 in 1817, Sir Harry Lumsden adopted the khaki uniform as an officer in 1847.

Kevin and Joseph, American and British friends, respectively, come to visit India, but there is a dispute between the two over something and Kevin is murdered by Joseph.  In these circumstances, Joseph, despite being a foreign national, will be punished according to the IPC, for example, an American named Wilson and a Japanese man named Yoshihide Suga enter Indian waters in an American court.  Willis, an American man in Indian waters  A relative of the Japanese man Yoshihiko is murdered by Na.  So IPC applies here as a crime has been committed in Indian waters.  sving Exception: ww આ The Act will not apply to the President and the Governor during their tenure.         (Protected by Article 361 of the Constitution.)
