 Every independent country has its own constitution.  The constitution is the basic document of the country, according to which the government governs the country. The constitution defines the main organs of government, the legislature, the executive and the judiciary and ensures its rights and responsibilities, - a collection of basic and basic principles and policies and rules  The basic document that exists is called the Constitution, because it is at the root of all the laws of the country, so it is called the fundamental law of the country, in addition, it is also called the supreme law of the country.

 There are two types: 1. Written Constitution 2. Unwritten Constitution 1) Written Constitution: - When the basic and basic principles and policies and rules that are useful in the governance of the country are included.  If it is stored in a single document, it is called a written constitution.  E.g.  India, America, Japan etc.  The written constitution is developed at a particular time.  The same written constitution is developed by certain people. 

  Unwritten Constitution: - When the basic principles and policies and rules that are useful in the governance of the country are not stored in a single document, from time to time they are stored in different documents, expanded based on practices and norms.  Called the constitution.  It is also called oral constitution.
