Umashankar Jethalal Joshi:Born: 21, July-1911  Place of Birth: Bamna village of Idar taluka, Sabarkantha 0 Alias: Vasuki, Shravan  Degree Poet of world peace  Habani His.  Features:  Umashankar Joshi E.S., Vice Chancellor of Gujarat University from 1966 for two semesters and the first Principal Chancellor of Santiniketan from 1979 to 1981.  He was a member of Rajya Sabha from 1970 to 1976.  0 AD  Ranjitram Gold Medal in 1939, Mahida Award in 1944, Narmad Gold Medal in 1947, Kannada Poet K.V.  Umashankar Joshi, a recipient of various honors such as the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1939, the Bharatiya Jnanpith Award for his collection of Nishith poetry with Putappa, was a multi-talented creator.  0 AD  In 1855, he was selected as a Mahar Member (Senior Fellow) by the Delhi Sahitya Akademi.  And this writer traveled to China, Java, Sri Lanka, America, Europe and Japan and Russia.
