RATHYATRA
Jaliya Many traditions are prevalent in our country. Many of these traditions have merged with religion to become the center of people's faith.
One such tradition is the procession of Lord Jagannath to Puri in Orissa. Jagannathpuri is the holy abode of Kali Yuga - In mythology, the four abodes are considered to be the symbol of an age. Thus Jagannathpuri is considered to be the holy abode of Kali Yuga. It is located in the eastern Indian state of Orissa, also known as Purushottam Puru, Nilanchal, Shankha and Shrikshetra.
The chief deity of Orissa or Utkal region is Lord Jagannath. There is a religious belief that the image of Lord Jagannath is a couple form of Radha and Lord Krishna. The conch region in South India, which is in the state of Orissa, is also called the land of Lord Jagannath. Lord Jagannath himself is the embodiment of Param Purushottam Narayan, for one reason he is also called the Nath of the whole world.

There was a great desire to see Lord Vishnu. But it is a pity that his wish has not been fulfilled yet. According to many sources, many experiments have been done but Lord Vishnu has not been seen yet. Thus, even though he was happy in all respects, he was saddened by this one thing.
Once a monk arrives at his court. And he gives them a piece of advice regarding this sorrow of the king that, if you have to see Lord Vishnu, you can worship Lord Vishnu in the form of Neel Madhav in his real form in the region called Ortissa on the far side of India.
You can see Lord Vishnu there. The king was overjoyed to hear this and immediately told his wise friend, the chief adviser Vidyapati, to go to the region and get all the information about Neil Madhav.

Taking this order, Vidyapati immediately leaves. After a long journey, Vidyapati visited the region. And there he asked Vishwasu, the chief of a tribe, about this. That Sardar Vishwasu was guarding the secret cave of this Lord Neil Madhav.
So he immediately forbade Vidyapati to see God. So Vidyapati got annoyed and started living in the village. Shortly after living there, he fell in love with the daughter of Sardar Vishwasu. Then Vidyapati and Vishwasu's daughter got married
